These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wtfwin website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the wtfwin platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Services in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the wtfwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of wtfwin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the wtfwin platform or any affiliated gaming service.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

To access the full range of wtfwin Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the wtfwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify wtfwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or access the Services.

wtfwin will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from wtfwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

wtfwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• wtfwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wtfwin account in real time. In the event of a delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• wtfwin uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wtfwin account.

Before processing a withdrawal, wtfwin may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not optional.

• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within three (3) minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and vary by payment method.
• Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.
• wtfwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or violation of these Terms will result in the forfeiture of those funds and suspension of the account.

wtfwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all wtfwin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• wtfwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other form of abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All games available on the wtfwin platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on the wtfwin platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by wtfwin or any third party.
• The result displayed on your screen at the conclusion of each game round is final and binding.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our servers, the server record shall prevail.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, the wager will be returned to your account balance.
• You will not use any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

wtfwin reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any payout where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, game malfunction, or player misconduct.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wtfwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward wtfwin staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the wtfwin platform or its underlying software.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

wtfwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wtfwin players and can be activated directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wtfwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any wtfwin trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of wtfwin intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by wtfwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wtfwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

The wtfwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

wtfwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the wtfwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wtfwin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or transaction records, the data recorded on wtfwin's servers shall constitute the definitive and binding record of events.
